Here's a note Judy sent last week--Uncle Eddie's getting better after the stroke, but probably the house on the river is too much right now. Besides, there are a lot more people to visit and play cards with around an apartment building ☺.

Uncle Eddie was my Godfather, I just found this site and very cool. My mom was Leona Janish Eddie's and Irene's sister we lived in Chicago.

COOL--Uncle Eddie was my godfather too ☺ Oh, was there an Otremba who married a Janish from North Prairie? I don't know the connection other than I found a long-ago visit mentioned in the Pierz Journal and thought it was neat. I'm tickled you found the blog.
