An Historic Liquor License Application

It appeared in the August 22, 1912 edition of the Pierz Journal, and sounds pretty official. Evidently,  pseudo legal-ese meant almost NO periods.
(BTW, other liquor license applications posted in the PJ were worded the same).

Notice is hereby given that Peter H. Mueller has filed with the Recorder of the village of Buckman his application to sell intoxicating liquors on the first floor and north room of his building situate on the southeast corner of section five (5) in the village of Buckman, county of Morrison, state of Minnesota, commencing on the fourth day of September 1912 and terminating on the 3rd day of September 1913, and he hereby agrees to obey all the laws of the state and ordinances of the said village of Buckman relative to the sale of said liquors.
Said application will be considered at a meeting of the village council, to be held at the village hall, Tuesday the 3rd day of September 1912 at 8 o'clock in the evening.  All persons who may have reason to object to the granting of such license are hereby notified to appear at such place and time and exhibit their reasons.
Dated at Buckman, Minn., this 10th day of August 1912.
